Julie Quinn is the wife of Don and mother to Ashley, Chad, Amber and Emily. She also had a child from her previous marriage who died at 23 months and 12 days. She is also stepmother to Derek and Justin.
She was more determined to give her kids boundaries and discipline. When Amber went out drinking, Julie immediately dragged her home and grounded her until further notice. Later on when Emily disrespects her, she tells her that she's not going to the soccer game and followed through after she was disrespectful to her mother.
She was 49 when Jo came and is now 53 in 2016.
